Adam McCain
Adam McCain has been in full time ministry since the age of 19. He is known to many not only for his years of service as Director of Christ for the Nations, but also as a spiritual father to ministers all over the world.
In 2004, Adam and Jami established Global Youth Net, a missions organization that exists to raise up and equip a younger generation. Adam continues to travel and speak, while serving as the Lead Pastor of Hill City in Cedar Hill, TX where he resides with his wife, Jami.

Tom Pileggi
Tom Pileggi has served in ministry for over 40 years and is the Lead Pastor of Calvary Gospel Church in New York Mills, New York. He also serves as General Secretary and an area representative for Elim Fellowship, bringing decades of leadership and pastoral experience to the broader church community.
A certified life coach, Tom is passionate about helping people encounter God and develop a personal, growing relationship with Jesus. His ministry is marked by a deep commitment to spiritual formation, practical guidance, and encouraging others to live out their faith with purpose.

Eric Peoples
Eric Peoples, along with his wife Melissa, is the Founding Pastor of Legacy Church in Farmington, CT, which recently celebrated its 10th anniversary. Eric is passionate about helping people overcome limited thinking, apply the truth of the Gospel to everyday life, and fully embrace God’s calling.
He holds a Doctor of Ministry in Organizational Leadership from Western Theological Seminary, an MA in Executive Leadership from Southwestern Christian University, a BS in Biblical Leadership, and is a graduate of Elim Bible Institute. Eric and Melissa have been married for over 35 years and have three adult children.

Joe Jansen
Joe Jansen serves as the U.S. Ministry Director for Elim Fellowship, a role he has held for over 13 years. He travels extensively both nationally and internationally, preaching, coaching, and consulting to help individuals and churches grow with clarity and purpose. Joe is especially passionate about helping people discover their full potential and step into their God-given calling.
With a unique focus on equipping individuals with ADHD to achieve their goals, Joe also works closely with churches using the Intentional Churches framework to strengthen vision and direction. His ministry is marked by practical insight, encouragement, and a deep commitment to helping others thrive.

Tim Celek
Tim lives in Costa Mesa, CA with his wife of 45+ years, Sue. In 1988, he planted The Crossing Church, where he served for over 30 years, leading it to grow and make a significant impact in the Orange County community. On the church’s 30th anniversary, Tim intentionally transitioned leadership.
Now serving as Senior Director of New Church Growth with Stadia, Tim brings decades of church planting experience, having helped resource five new churches. A Harley enthusiast, he also enjoys sailboat racing and spending time with his grandsons and family.

Christa Burket
Christa Burket is passionate about discipling the next generation and has spent the past decade doing just that—serving as a youth director and helping build and lead Northeast Worship Camp (NEWC). She lives in Bloomfield, NY with her husband, Ben, and their three children.

Bob Sorge
Often called “the speaker who can’t talk,” Bob Sorge ministers with a very soft voice due to a debilitating vocal injury he suffered over 30 years ago. Through that journey, God has shaped a powerful message in him about pursuing God in the midst of fiery trials.
Bob brings a unique ability to help people process suffering, remain steadfast, and grow deeper in faith. Whether through his speaking or writing, his heart is to strengthen believers and draw them into greater intimacy with Jesus.

Alex Kent
Alex Kent is a 27 year old worship leader and songwriter. Currently, she is the director of North East Worship Camp; a week long worship intensive made to equip and release students from 6th-12th grade to be the leaders God created them to be.
Alex and her husband Christian live in Rochester, NY and serve at Elim Life Church. They have a passion and a burning for all generations to come together to minister to the heart of the Lord in Spirit and in Truth.

John Chappell
John Chappell serves as the Student & Discipleship Pastor at Elim Life Church and as the NextGen Director for Elim Fellowship. A graduate of EBIC, John has spent most of his adult life serving in various church ministry roles. After a meaningful season working in the corporate world, he returned to church leadership in 2021, embracing his passion for investing in the next generation. John brings years of experience, a heart for discipleship, and a deep enthusiasm for youth ministry to his work today.

Jeff Parshall
Jeff Parshall is the Executive Pastor of Radiant Church in Grand Haven, Michigan, and a graduate of EBIC. A seasoned worship leader and speaker, Jeff is passionate about helping people encounter and be transformed by the power of Jesus. He previously served for many years as Worship Pastor at New Hope Fellowship in Bloomfield, New York, where his vision to equip the next generation led to the founding of Northeast Worship Camp in 2016. Jeff also launched the traveling ministry New Hope New York Music and co-wrote the album Praise Arise, which reached #18 on the iTunes Christian & Gospel charts. He continues to invest in emerging leaders with wisdom, passion, and a deep heart for worship.

Phil McNeill
Phil McNeill is the President of Elim Fellowship and a seasoned pastor, speaker, and ministry leader. After studying business administration in Canada, he answered a call to ministry and graduated from Elim Bible Institute in 1987. He went on to found a traveling ministry that served hundreds of churches across the U.S. and internationally, before planting and leading Word of Life Christian Fellowship in Henrietta, New York.
Phil has served Elim Fellowship in multiple leadership roles, including as an area representative and member of the Council of Elders, and holds a Master of Divinity from Northeastern Seminary at Roberts Wesleyan College. He continues to minister nationally and globally through preaching and prophetic ministry. Phil and his wife, Sheryl, have been married since 1991 and have four daughters who are actively serving the Lord.

Kelly Spyker
Kelly Spyker and her husband, Andres, are lead pastors of Vida Abundante Church in Morelia, Mexico. Having been raised on the mission field, they minister with a clear understanding of the culture and needs of the people. Under their ministry the church is growing rapidly, almost tripling between 2005 and 2011.
They reach out to all of Latin America through weekly television programs and internet webcasts. Kelly is the worship pastor and her latest Worship CD “Para esto vivimos” (“For this We Live”) was released in May 2010 (it’s on iTunes). They’ve also established an onsite house of prayer and are currently praying eight hours a day as a church. Mexico is one of the most dangerous countries to live in today — large parts are controlled by drug lords — and Morelia is one of the least evangelized cities in Mexico.

Jonathan Bowden
Jonathan and Dani and their five children have been serving as EF missionaries in Niger, West Africa, since 2010, where they have been involved in helping plant new churches in unreached areas, discipling new believers, and training new leaders. In 2025 the Bowden family transitioned from living in Niger to Lima, NY where Jonathan is currently serving as the Elim Fellowship Global Ministries Director.
Jonathan and Dani love the Word of God and want to see the next generation set free, healed, and equipped to live a life of purity, holiness, and surrendered service to the call of God. The Bowdens also want to be a part of helping prepare the next generation for end time global harvest, both in the States and overseas.

Mike Cavanaugh
Mike Cavanaugh serves as the Vice President of Elim Fellowship and is the founder and director of Not Many Fathers, a ministry focused on mentoring emerging Christian leaders. A visionary leader and communicator, Mike also founded BASIC College Ministries and Mobilized to Serve, impacting generations of students and single adults. He is the author of The Power and Purpose of Singleness, which has sold over 100,000 copies.
Mike previously founded and pastored Elim Gospel Church in Lima, New York, leading it for 20 years, and later served as President of Elim Bible Institute and College, where he helped secure full accreditation. A graduate of Elim Bible Institute and College, Roberts Wesleyan College, and Bakke Graduate University, Mike continues to travel widely as a dynamic speaker, equipping leaders with clarity, wisdom, and humor. He and his wife, Terri, have three adult children and nine grandchildren.
