  • What is the Oasis Conference?

    Oasis Conference is a Spirit-led leadership gathering hosted by Elim Fellowship. Each year, leaders from churches, ministries, and mission fields come together for worship, teaching, practical equipping, and spiritual renewal.

    What is the heart or purpose of Oasis?

    Oasis exists to create space for renewal, refocusing, and strengthening for leaders. We believe healthy leaders lead healthy ministries, and Oasis is designed to help leaders pause, hear from God, and be refreshed for the work they are called to.

  • OASIS is for Pastors, Ministry Leaders, Missions Workers, Leaders, or ANYONE who wants to grow and GO in the things of God! We have something for everyone, so make plans to bring the whole family!

  • When is Oasis Conference 2026?

    Oasis Conference 2026 takes place May 5–7.

    Are there late-night activities?

    Yes. We host optional after-conference hangouts on Tuesday and Wednesday nights. These gatherings are designed for relaxed connection and conversation after the evening sessions.

    Registration for late-night hangouts is separate and will be sent to all registered attendees in mid-February.

  • Who leads worship?

    Worship is led by worship teams from Elim Fellowship churches. This year we are featuring the Love Joy and Legacy Church worship teams.

    Thursday night is a special night of worship led by Southeastern University (SEU).

    Will there be time for ministry and prayer?

    Yes. Oasis intentionally creates space for prayer, altar ministry, and Spirit-led response during main sessions.

    Will sessions be recorded?

    Yes. Sessions are recorded and later released through Elim Fellowship’s podcast, The Well.

  • What workshop tracks are offered?

    Oasis workshops are organized into four tracks:

    • Senior Leaders

    • Ministry Skills

    • NextGen

    • Worship

    How do I choose which workshop to attend?

    A separate workshop registration will be sent to all registered attendees in mid-February, allowing you to select your sessions in advance.

    Can I attend more than one workshop track?

    Yes. You may attend a full four-session track or mix and match sessions across all four tracks.

  • Do I need to register in advance?

    Yes. Space is limited and advance registration is required. Early-bird registration is available for a limited time.

    What is included with my registration?

    Full conference registration includes all main sessions and four workshops. Night-only registration options are also available.

    Are meals included with registration?

    Meals are not included with standard registration. A separate meal registration will be sent to all registered attendees in mid-February.

    Are there group or team discounts?

    Yes. Group discounts are available for teams of three or more.

    Are single-day registrations available?

    No, but we offer:

    • Full conference registration

    • Nights-Only registration

    • Thursday night only (SEU Worship) tickets — limited to 200

    Oasis Conference is held at Elim Life Church, 1679 Dalton Road, Lima, NY.

    What airport should I fly into?

    The closest airport is Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC).

    Is the venue accessible?

    Yes. All main sessions, workshops, and meal locations are fully accessible.

  • Does Oasis work for people with full-time jobs outside the church?

    Yes. Nights-Only registration is designed specifically for leaders who are unable to take time off work. For those able to attend the full conference, we believe the two days away will be deeply beneficial to any leader.

    Can I attend if I can only come for part of the conference?

    Yes. While we do not offer single-day passes, Nights-Only tickets are available.

    How early do sessions start each day?

    Morning sessions typically begin around 9:00 AM. Evening sessions begin at 6:30 PM.

    How late do sessions run?

    Evening sessions usually conclude between 8:30 and 9:00PM

  • Are there experiences for children?

  • What is the dress code?

    There is no formal dress code. Most attendees dress casually to business casual.

    Will there be printed materials or digital notes?

    A digital conference guide will be provided.

    We suggest you bring your preferred method of note taking as there will be A LOT of great content you will want to remember!

  • Is Oasis welcoming to first-time attendees?

    Yes. Oasis is a great place to experience Elim Fellowship, meet leaders, and build relationships.

    What should I expect if I’ve never attended before?

    Expect Spirit-led worship, dynamic teaching, opportunities for prayer and ministry, and plenty of time to connect with other leaders.
