What do you get when you take all the impartation and leadership development of Oasis but add fun games, interactive learning, and the occasional snack time? Oasis Conference for Kids!

This event just for kids ages 6-11 is being coordinated by the capable & energetic Crystal Bartlett, so you already KNOW it will be great! It will be a fun time of music, games and teaching all aimed to give your child an experience that marks them for God and strengthens their relationship with Him!

Childcare is also available for ages 3 months - 5 years.

  • Drop-off and pick-up times will be emailed out with our schedule after registration.

  • The cost is $39.00 per child and includes all sessions, activities, supplies, and snacks.

  • Please bring:

    • A labeled water bottle

    • Comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes

    • Bible (if they have one)

  • Comfortable play clothes and sneakers are best. Please avoid flip-flops or clothing that restricts movement.

  • Who will be supervising my child?

    All leaders and volunteers are trained and background-checked. We maintain safe child-to-leader ratios at all times.

    How does check-in and pick-up work?

    Each child must be signed in and out by an approved adult using our secure check-in system.

    What happens if my child gets hurt or sick?

    A trained leader will contact you immediately using the emergency information you provide.

    How will parents be contacted during the conference if needed?

    We’ll use the phone number listed on your registration form and our current safety system explained at registration.

    Will photos or videos be taken?

    Yes — for promotional and recap purposes. You’ll be able to opt out during registration.

  • Will food be provided?

    Yes — snacks will be provided each day per session.

    Can you accommodate food allergies or medical needs?

    Absolutely. Please list all allergies and medical needs during registration.

    Can my child bring medication?

    No. Medications must be administered by a parent or guardian.

  • What will kids experience?

    Kids will enjoy worship, games, interactive teaching, small groups, and lots of fun — all centered on helping them grow in faith and identity in Jesus.

    Will kids be pressured to make a faith decision?

    No. We create space for kids to encounter God in a loving, age-appropriate way and follow up with parents if meaningful spiritual moments occur.
